Welcome to Lido Key
Upscale, relaxed island living with sugary white-sand beaches.
Lido Key is an idyllic barrier island off the shores of Sarasota’s Gulf Coast and one of the prime neighborhoods to live in. The island is centrally located between Longboat Key to the north, Siesta Key to the south, and Bird Key to the west. Known for having some of the best beaches in Florida, Lido Key affords residents access to pristine white-sand beaches steps from their doors. Of all the barrier islands, Lido Key has the most variety in architectural styles, from classic to mid-century and contemporary, all with seaside vibes.
The larger city of Sarasota is a mere 10 minutes over the John Ringling Causeway and can be reached via the Longboat Key Trolley that stops at St. Armands Circle. Homes are in three main areas of the island, with Lido Shores on the northern section, bordering Lido Beach, and at St. Armands Circle. Watersports and outdoor adventure are abundant year-round, ranging from boating, kayaking, and surfing to fishing or taking a stroll on the beach. Luxury shopping and superb dining on St. Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota offer locals endless options.
